Devoluciones
Los
productos han sido comprobados antes del embalaje y el mismo
garantiza la protección del producto durante el transporte. Al
aceptar la recepción del producto, se acepta el
estado del
mismo. Vulkkan.es
no
se hace responsible de cualquier daño producido posteriormente a la
recepción del producto. Recomendamos al cliente/a comprobar el
estado del producto y la no manipulación del sello de seguridad
antes de recepcionar el producto. En
caso de que el sello de seguridad esté roto, o se observen daños en
el embalaje, se recomienda al cliente/a no recepcionar el producto y
avisar por email o teléfono (De
Lunes a Viernes de 10:00 am a 18:00 pm)

Si
por cualquier motivo no quedara satisfecho/a con el producto
adquirido a traves de nuestra web, dispone de un plazo de 14 días, a
contar desde la fecha de entrega del producto, para devolverlo. En
tal caso, los gastos de envío y recogida correrán por cuenta del
cliente.
Antes de realizar la devolución, y siempre dentro del
plazo indicado, el/la cliente/a deberá ponerse en contacto con
nuestro departamento de Ventas por e-mail, teléfono, y se le
indicará el proceso de devolución. Cualquier devolución sin esta
previa comunicación no será recepcionada.
Para poder admitirse
la devolución, tanto el producto como su embalaje deberán estar en
perfectas condiciones, sin ralladuras ni embalajes rotos o
deteriorados. Deberá incluirse además toda la documentación que
acompañara al producto, así como sus accesorios.
El/la
cliente/a deberá realizar un correcto empaquetado que asegure el
retorno del producto sin daños. Una vez que nuestro personal haya
recibido el producto y compruebe que su estado es el mismo en el que
fuera enviado, se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme a la
modalidad de pago realizada por el/la cliente/a.
